Fresh Start

We all have numerous reasons for a fresh start or a do-over. Many today are involved in relationships that are suffering and truly need a new beginning. Wouldn't it be wonderful to just erase the blackboard and start over? It is refreshing to have the opportunity for a fresh start. Others people may be spiritually depleted, washed out emotionally, busted by disappointment, failure, and sin. And maybe just maybe you realize your life is missing joy and vibrancy that is only found in a personal relationship with Christ. Lean on Him today. Pray and ask God for help.

Whatever your reason for a change, Christ is your answer. He is the only one who truly understands the pain and frustration you face. He is the only one who is able to repair your current situation. The bible states that God knows your heart, thoughts, motives, and even knows what you have need of before you ask. Scripture declares, "Ask and it shall be given you, seek and you will find, knock and the door shall be opened unto you." (Matthew 7:7)

Maybe you have made some big mistakes in the past. Who hasn't? And perhaps your priorities and management of things have fallen short. There's no need to be down on yourself. But today is a new day and God has given you this opportunity for a do-over. He is gifting you with a second chance.  Therefore, don't put it off any longer - surrender it all to God today. 

Matthew 6:33 states, "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you." Today, I encourage you to purposefully reach for a renewed focus and change. Let God give you a brand new start.
