Fixed

Scripture clearly points out that if we love God, we will be steadfast and keep his commands.  The teachings of Christ and the Apostles outline that if we are passionate about serving God, we will be firmly loyal and fixed with a concrete determination to live in right standing with God and others.

Scripture shouts in Proverbs 119:5, "Oh, that my ways were steadfast in obeying your decrees." Webster defines the word steadfast as something fixed, steady, unchanging, constant, and firmly loyal.  This type of character displayed in our everyday lives brings about the favor and blessing of God.

The rewards of this kind of conduct of life is unmeasurable.  The favor and blessing of God that comes to the person who is steadfast cannot be purchased or traded or earned.  But the outpouring of God's blessing to those who choose to be steadfast is like the windows of heaven that open and the storehouse you possess to contain these blessings is not big enough.

And no matter how big you dream or imagine it, you cannot possibly fathom the blessings God has laid up for you.  It is beyond your wildest imagination.  But if you remain steadfast and fixed, it is guaranteed - you will see God's Hand of Favor rest upon your life.  And there is no greater reward.
